Requirements
Lessons are 1-hour in length and include tacking up. Make-up for missed lessons must occur within the session missed, based on instructor availability.  In order to be eligible, lesson must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.  All lesson fees must be paid in advance and a New Rider Information Form and Liability Release Form must be completed/signed by all riders prior to riding.  Boots and helmets are required.

Horse Riding Lessons for All Ages
Providing in excess of 700 lessons monthly, the Gold Creek Equestrian Center offers the most comprehensive horse riding lessons in the Northwest. With more than 30 horses ranging from school ponies to thoroughbreds and warm bloods, and 6 instructors with various training and backgrounds, our riding school can truly meet the needs of every student.

Whether you're 2 or 72, beginner or veteran, dressage or jump enthusiast, English or Western, you'll find the training you need at our equestrian center.
We offer both private and semi-private lessons 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Each lesson is 1 hour in length with 15 minutes allocated to grooming
and horsemanship.

All students start out in private lessons then, if desired, move into group lessons when their skills reach an appropriate level. With 4 arenas and close trail access, there are plenty of options to keep things interesting.

All school horses are available for partial leases for students in the riding school. School horses are also available to students to participate in our schooling shows held twice each month. We also offer weeklong full-day summer camps for the younger horse enthusiasts.
